Here, the course will be set for a successful realization. Realistic business cases and realization plans are not only the base for the right decision at the end of the initialization phase. The realization will not succeed, if the project starts with the wrong framework.

Within the realization phase, we take the role as a programme or project leader and critical positions within the project organization until “Go-Live”. We are “interim manager” as well as consultant for our customer and steer projects for example to raise efficiency, to integrate companies or units, to realize new processes or to integrate new platforms.

The project supervision often ends not with the “Go-Live“. Based on our experience within operations, we support our customers to stabilize and successfully transfer new platforms for core banking, capital markets or new sourcing relations within the first weeks or month into operation.
