Mario Greifzu is Managing Director of GREIFZU ASSOCIATES management consultants GmbH.
His main focus is the implementation of complex projects in the banking and stock exchanges segment with the focus on "capital market business" and "core banking". In addition to the implementation of major projects, Mario Greifzu advises on the development of new business models, on M & A initiatives as well as on the modification of operating models through new platforms or sourcing, which may lead to implementation projects too. In addition, the identification of investment opportunities for investors and the guidance of "start-ups" are part of his consulting experience.
Prior to founding GREIFZU ASSOCIATES, Mario Greifzu was - at last as Principal - 9 years consultant at BearingPoint GmbH / KPMG Consulting AG. Mario Greifzu previously worked after his bank training in the securities, marketing and IT / organization area of a major savings bank and graduated in economics (Dipl-Kaufmann).
