Martin Schneckenburger is managing director of GREIFZU ASSOCIATES management consultants GmbH, Switzerland.
He managed large and complex projects within the financial services area. His main focus was on program and project management, securities business (settlement, custody), Take Over/Due Diligences, migrations and process reengineering as well as software evaluation and implementation.
Before joining GREIFZU ASSOCIATES, Martin Schneckenburger worked for 8 years as a Consultant/Senior Manager for BearingPoint AG/KPMG Consulting AG.
Following professional education as a banker, he worked in Switzerland and abroad in the securities services business and IT division of a major international bank. Martin graduated in business administration and successfully completed an executive MBA.
